This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms that apply to enrollment, tuition-related charges, and CDL testing appointments at National Training Schools. These policies are designed to ensure fairness while allowing the school to reserve instructional resources, training equipment, and testing time for each student.

All students are encouraged to review this information carefully before enrolling in any CDL training, heavy equipment operator training, endorsement course, or scheduling a CDL skills test.

Enrollment-Related Charges and Refund Considerations

Certain administrative and processing-related charges are non-refundable. These charges are assessed to offset costs associated with application review, background verification, driving record analysis, and administrative processing required prior to training. Non-refundable charges are capped and do not exceed the stated administrative maximum.

Additional pre-training requirements—such as drug testing and DOT physical examinations—are mandatory for participation in CDL and heavy equipment training programs. These requirements are fulfilled through third-party providers and are therefore not refundable through National Training Schools once initiated.

Books and required instructional materials are included where specified; however, once training materials or services are issued or accessed, they may not be eligible for refund.

Program Withdrawal and Tuition Adjustments

Refund eligibility for tuition is determined by the student’s enrollment status, program start date, and progress within the course. Tuition adjustments, if applicable, are handled in accordance with institutional policies outlined in official school catalogs and enrollment agreements.

Students considering withdrawal are encouraged to contact Admissions or Student Services promptly to understand how timing may impact eligibility for tuition-related adjustments.

CDL Testing Appointment Cancellation Policy

CDL skills testing appointments, including those conducted through approved 3rd-party testing, are scheduled exclusively for the individual applicant. Once an appointment is confirmed and required documentation is received, testing time and examiner availability are reserved.

A minimum of four (4) business days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a CDL testing appointment. Cancellations or reschedules submitted within the required notice period will be processed without penalty.

Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests made less than four business days before the scheduled testing date are subject to rebooking requirements. All cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible via email to the designated CDL testing contact.
