Meet Our Professional CDL and Heavy Equipment Training Instructors

The instructors at National Training Schools bring extensive experience in both truck driving and heavy equipment operation. They are patient, supportive, and focused on hands-on instruction that helps students develop the practical skills needed to successfully complete CDL testing and operate equipment safely and effectively.

Most instructors are qualified by the State of Florida to administer the state’s CDL test and serve as third-party testing providers for students and for truck drivers referred by companies and other organizations. In addition to their instructional qualifications, many instructors have first-hand industry experience from years of work as professional truck drivers and equipment operators.

Collectively, our instructors have more than 100 years of experience training and coaching students in truck driving and heavy equipment operation. This combined experience supports students learning behind the wheel of a semi tractor-trailer or operating machinery from the catbird seat of an earth mover. In the classroom, instructors also share practical insight into industry expectations, non-driving skills, and the professional responsibilities associated with these careers.
